Accessing the Job Creation Page
To create a new job posting:
- Log in to your ProjectBoard account
- Navigate to the Job Board page at projectboard.net/jobs
- Click the Post a Job button in the top right corner
Job Posting Types
ProjectBoard offers two methods for collecting applications:
1. Quick Apply on ProjectBoard
With Quick Apply:
- Applicants submit their application directly through ProjectBoard
- You receive applications by email with links to applicants' ProjectBoard profiles
- Each application includes the applicant's contact information and a personalized message
- You can review applicants' STEM project portfolios through their profiles

If you already have a job posting on another platform:
- Applicants will be redirected from ProjectBoard to your existing job application page

Creating Your Job Posting
Step 1: Select Application Method
- Choose either Quick Apply on ProjectBoard or External Link to Existing Job Post
- If selecting External Link, you'll need to provide the complete URL to your application page
Enter details about your organization:
- Company Logo: Upload a high-quality image (recommended size: 400x400px)
- Company Name: Your organization's official name as it should appear to applicants
- Company Website: Your organization's URL (beginning with http:// or https://)

Managing Your Job Postings
Editing Postings
To edit an active job posting:
- Click your profile picture in the top right of the screen, then click My Job Postings
- Find the job you wish to modify
- Click the Edit button
- Make your changes
- Click Save Changes
Closing a Position
When a position has been filled:
- Navigate to the My Job Postings page
- Find the job you wish to close
- Click the Close Position button
- Select a reason for closing (filled, canceled, etc.)
- Click Confirm
Closed positions will no longer appear in search results but remain in your account history.
Reviewing Quick Apply Applications
For positions using Quick Apply:
- Applications will be sent to your registered email address
- Each email includes:
- Applicant's name and contact information
- Link to their ProjectBoard profile
- Their personal message regarding the position
- Review their projects and profile to assess their skills
- Contact promising candidates directly via email
