Educational institutions and other organizations often block external emails by default to protect their networks, which can prevent students or participants from receiving crucial emails from ProjectBoard. Whitelisting our domains ensures that all required communications, such as account verification and notifications, are delivered successfully.
Why Whitelisting is Important
Whitelisting ProjectBoard’s email domains ensures:
• Account verification emails are received promptly.
• Participants and organizers get updates for their events and projects.
• Notifications about likes, comments, and feedback on projects are not missed.
